We hope you love your purchase! However, if something isn’t what you expected you can return it to us.
You may return it by mail or in person for store credit or refund within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds on shipping charges. If you want to exchange for a different size, please follow the above instructions for your return and place an order for the new product online.
Sorry, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on sale items, earrings or beauty related products.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition, un-washed, un-altered with tags attached at the customer's expense. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed once your return is received in the original form of payment.
We must be notified via email@example.com within 48 hours if there has been any damage to your shipment.
We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
Checklist for Returns:
- Are all tags still attached to merchandise?
- The item hasn’t been worn or altered?
- Are you still within the 14 day return period?
- You’re not returning sale/clearance merchandise?
- Have you included a copy of your orginal invoice?
If you do not meet the above criteria, DO NOT attempt to return it, it will be rejected by our returns department.
